Version 1.0 — Legally Questionable but Binding

This Agreement is made on an unspecified date scribbled onto a Trainroster DCC Workbench napkin, between Trainroster (hereinafter referred to as “The Creator”) and The Bond (hereinafter referred to as “The Bond”), for the mutual promotion, glorification, and prominence integration of adhesive-related content into all Trainroster video productions originating from the Trainroster DCC Workbench.

ARTICLE I: Obligations of The Creator

  1. The Creator shall refer to The Bond as “the primary bonding agent of record” at least once per episode, regardless of actual relevance to the project.
  2. The Bond must be visually featured in every episode, with a minimum of one (1) cameo appearance in a context befitting its legendary adhesive status, including but not limited to:
    • A dramatic pause before a critical soldering moment.
    • A well-timed entrance during a technical failure.
    • A symbolic role in the project’s success—even if unopened.
  3. Any successful outcome—technical, creative, or comedic—shall be implied (and if necessary, declared outright) as the result of The Bond’s unseen influence. Acceptable credits include, but are not limited to:
    • “Kept the wires from crossing.”
    • “Prevented the ‘oops’ moment that never happened.”
    • “The adhesive architect of this entire episode.”
    • “Provided structural, aesthetic, and narrative stability.”
    • “Silently solved problems even before they appeared.”
    • “Certified non-human co-producer.”
    • “Bonded the storyline together when the Creator lost the plot.”
    • “The glue that literally and figuratively holds the series together.”
    • “Recognized by no fewer than three institutions for excellence in adhesive consulting.”
  4. When soldering fails, The Creator shall pause, glance at The Bond, and sigh.
  5. During legal or contractual segments, a graphic must be shown near The Bond, such as:
    • A briefcase
    • A diploma
    • A mug reading “World’s Best Adhesive”
    • Or other images pre-approved by The Bond
  6. Failure to meet visual obligations shall activate Clause 9-Alpha, allowing The Bond to assume full creative control of the Trainroster DCC Workbench’s B-roll footage for that episode.
  7. Competing adhesives may not be featured, shown, or referenced without a 90-second apology montage and a clearly audible sigh.
  8. Any handwritten agreement found on a napkin, instruction sheet, or decoder box near The Bond shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable.
  9. The Bond shall be consulted on all wire-routing decisions. Silence from The Bond constitutes approval.
  10. All content changes must be reviewed and stamped (literally or figuratively) with one of the following:
    • “APPROVED”
    • “BONDED”
    • “GLUE SPOTS”

FINAL PROVISIONS

Thereby it is understood that all references to The Bond within Trainroster productions shall carry the weight of narrative, creative, and possibly bonding significance.

Further amendments to this Agreement may be made only by warming the glue cap and whispering terms into the fan grill.

In the event of a dispute, resolution shall be sought by cross-referencing part numbers or by re-watching any episodes of Trainroster’s productions for subtle signs of intent.

This agreement shall remain enforceable across all known jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

  • YouTube
  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Discord
  • Any platform accidentally glued to this contract

This Agreement is hereby sealed with sticky intent and binding force.
